Well back to the gym this week
changing 12 week routine focus onendurance and reps not so much weight
running 4 miles every other day
still issues with left knee probably from sitting all day talking on a head set need to change that
i am going to use the army pt test this week for a base line.
Major goal debulk drop wieght to 200 even from 225

tuesday starts 5 am work outs
swimming gets thrown into mix also

Welcome to the 20010 Deathrace training blog for the moose. I will be posting my training and thoughts to the sober moose.
Easy 3 mile run after taking 7 days off to recovery from tough 12 week period
